At Universal Dental Center, we believe oral healthcare is a human right—not a privilege. Founded by Jose Moreno, Registered Restorative Dental Hygienist (RRDH), our mobile dental hygiene clinic brings high-quality, compassionate oral care directly to the communities that need it most.
Jose's journey began in a Toronto shelter, and it's this lived experience that fuels his mission: to serve underserved populations across the Greater Toronto Area-people living in shelters, retirement communities, remote Indigenous communities, and transitional housing.
Our mobile clinic delivers a full range of preventative services right to your door. Whether you're a senior who can't get to a clinic, a nurse coordinating care at a shelter, or a busy parent with no time to commute, we're here for you.
