At Universal Dental Center, we believe oral healthcare is a basic human right—not a privilege. Founded by Jose Moreno, a Registered Restorative Dental Hygienist with lived experience in Toronto’s shelter system, our mobile clinic was created to break down barriers and deliver care with compassion, dignity, and respect.
We bring preventative and restorative dental services directly to those who need it most—seniors in long-term care, individuals in shelters or transitional housing, Indigenous communities, youth programs, and families facing access challenges. No commute, no waiting rooms—just high-quality care where it's needed.
Using portable, modern equipment and a values-driven approach, we provide more than just cleanings—we help rebuild confidence, reduce health disparities, and bring smiles to communities across the Greater Toronto Area.
